Water industry leaders discussed the challenges and opportunities of aligning IT with utility strategy during in an Oracle-sponsored Webcast on Wednesday, May 23.
The event was recorded and is now available for viewing.
During the event, water utility executives described the information technologies challenges and choices they are looking at in the future and how technologies can help the utility meet its goals for customer service, operations, maintenance and asset management.
